If you are working as the buyer’s agent:
Many people buying a home with a pool will be new to pool ownership. R&R Pools can:
- Conduct an impartial inspection of the pool for your buyer. We perform the inspection with the buyer present and review every detail of the property’s pool and pool-care equipment. We provide the buyer and real estate agent with a thorough report with our recommendations and concerns and highlight any repairs and improvements (with estimates) for the buyer.
- Provide on-going pool maintenance services as well as education for your buyer, on proper pool use, operation and care.
If you are an REO broker:
Many bank-owned homes with pools are abandoned and in various states of disrepair. R&R Pools knows how difficult it can be to make the home presentable when the bank is tightly controlling any additional investment in the property, making the home harder to sell. We can work with both the real estate agent and the bank to provide:
