A swimming pool is not so different from a glass of water – a highly complex environment that is sensitive to all of the stimulus around it: wind, rain, and sun; air quality; the influence of people; and nature itself. Just as you wouldn’t drink a glass of water that had been sitting out in the open for weeks on end, you wouldn’t want to swim in a pool under the same circumstances. Keeping it clear, clean, and refreshing can be a challenge for any homeowner.
We know how important your swimming pool or spa is to you. Knowing that you can jump in at any time and be confident that your pool or spa is in top shape for that pool party this weekend or just a relaxing evening in your spa after a stressful day is why we are in business.
Unlike most “pool guys”, we keep smaller routes, on average only servicing 8 to 10 pools per day instead of the industry standard of 18 to 20 pools per day. This allows us to focus on what really matters; cleaning your pool and making sure everything is functioning properly. On average the typical pool guy will only spend about 10 minutes a week cleaning your pool. This means you’re paying him anywhere between $85 and $120 a month for less than an hour’s worth of work. OUCH!!! And to top that, in most cases you usually can’t even tell if he was ever there.
Our policy is to spend no less then 20 minutes a visit-on average our service takes anywhere between 20 to 45 minutes. We also leave or email you a complete report on the current state of your pool and chemical levels, what actions we performed and what chemicals we added along with the amount we added. We also make it incredibly easy for you to pay your monthly bill. We will email you an invoice at the end of each billing period with a direct link to our secure on-line bill pay. You’ll also receive exclusive discounts available only to R&R Service customers for products and services.
When you do the numbers, the value you get out of our service in comparison to the monthly rate, you’ll wonder why you ever settled for anything less.
